He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Williams and Carol Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Laura Tugana (Gavin), Jeffrey and Ross Williams; his grandson George Tugana; and his siblings, Ellen Noyes (Richard), Ann Campion (Kevin) and Michael Williams (Kate).
A private service has been planned; if so desired, memorials may be designated to Izaak Walton League, the American Cancer Society or the donor's choice.
