He was predeceased by: his wife DeLaine Olson. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Traub (Peter Moore), Collette Mork, Randy Mork and Phil Mork (Rachel); his grandchildren, Amy Kershaw (Jake), Brandon Mork (Kristen Bagley), Katie Traub (Lisa Mayer), Sara Traub, Ari Mork (Lauren McConnell) and Sophie Mork; and his great grandchild Nora Kershaw.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to any animal welfare organization.
