She is survived by: her husband Richard Bird; her children, Steve Hanson and Lisa Kleven (Jon); and her grandchildren, Matthew Hanson, Tyler Hanson, Katie Downer (Mike) and Dan Kleven. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Evans-Nordby Funeral Home (6000 Brooklyn Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55429). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
