Hanson of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, born in Bloomer, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Hanson and Louise Hanson; his wife Sylvia Hanson (Sally); his brothers, Jim Hanson and Kirby Hanson; his siblings-in-law, Gene Kind and Danis DiBell; and his friends, Geri and Vergil Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, David Hanson (Elise) of Fridley and Susan Moore (Jeff) of Faribault; his grandchildren, Dalton Moore (Rachel) of Faribault and Mandi Smith (Josiah) of Lancaster, Massachusetts; his great grandchildren, Elliott and Maeryn Moore; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kind, Bev Hanson and Lisa Hanson; and his friend Anthony Waldera.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Benevolent Fund at Redeemer Covenant Church in Brooklyn Park.
