Harlen was predeceased by: wife Shirley; parents, Louis and Florence; and granddaughter Jessica. Harlen is survived by: children, Tom Fricke and Cynthia Tingle; and girlfriend Dorothy Phelps. Harlen is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; many relatives and friends.
