Noonan of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Catherine Troup, Eleanor Reinhart and Marge Reid. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Melissa; and his pet Sampson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
