He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Evensen and Vera Evensen (Oskey); his wife Donna; and his siblings, Andy Richard and Darlene Jorgensen (Ken).
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Evensen-Flansburg; his grandchildren, Jamie Leaf (John) and Kjerstin Flansburg; his great grandchild Ayden Leaf; and his brothers, Roger Evensen (Janice), Ronald Evensen (Virginia) and Arnold Evensen (Ardelle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
