He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Nelson and Lois Nelson (Foye); and his brother Brady Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Dawn (Russell) of Brooklyn Center, MN; his daughter Erin Guzman (Octavio) of Lake Elmo, MN; his grandchildren, Erick, Jesse, Dominic and Adriana; and his sisters, Kim Berger (Larry) of Cedar Lake, IN, Karla Roddy (Bill) of Suamico, WI and Kelli Smith (Tom) of Manistique, MI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
