He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Jessica Fuder (Brant Bunney), Derek Fuder, David Bates (Feeve), Erick Bates (Rhonda) and Jeremy Bates (Theresa); his grandchildren, Camille, John, Ella, Elijah, Isabella, Breeze, Vanne and Juvanie; and his siblings, Phyllis Schwoch (Dick), Mardella Moe, Carol Clark (Milo) and Daniel Knight. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other family members and friends.
