We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2019, at the age of 97, Burdette Obed Boyum (Brooklyn Center, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Burdette Obed was predeceased by: parents, Obed Boyum and Verna Boyum (Rovainen); sister Marguerite Sester; former wife Mavis Boyum (Paschke); and stepson Ronald Edberg.

Burdette Obed is survived by: wife Doris Boyum; and children, Mark (Deanna) and Kari (Pat Munro) of North Carolina. Burdette Obed is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to The American Legion, VFW or Union Gospel Mission.
