The family will receive friends in celebration of Keith's life at Humenik Funeral Chapel, 14200 Snow Rd., Brook Park, 44142 on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 1-5 PM where services will take place at 5:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Hospice of Western Reserve, 300 East 185 Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44119.
