With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Frencel (Brook Park, Minnesota), who passed away on September 14, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Robert J. Frencel; and her parents, James R. Phalen and Veronica M. Phalen. She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald M. Phalen (Maureen), Catherine Herbkersman (late Donald), James R. Phalen, Helen M. Kohn (John) and Joseph C. Phalen.
