He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mickelson; his children, David C., Amy Zufall, Angela Johnson, Jason Koski, Jessica Bradford, Brandon Koski, Jeremy Koski, Erin Theordore and Amanda Anderson (Guy); his grandchildren, Amanda, Felicia, Brittany, Adrianne, Connor, Dean, Melissa (Scott), Katrina Jacob (Joel), Creedon Evan, Elijah, Reagan and Clara; his great grandchildren, Paige, Jordan, Ann, Harlow, Chandler, Lily, Avery, Johanna and Francis; and his siblings, Natalie Haiman Kennedy, Ginger Byrd (Bill), Randy Haiman (Nancy) and Wendy Anderson (Bill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
