It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Amelia Richter of Brewster, Minnesota, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Meyer and Tillie Meyer (Lucht); her sons, Bruce and Warren Richter; and her sisters, Darlene Richter and Shirley Voss.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Richter; her daughters, Deb VanDeVenter (Gordy) of Oakes, ND, Rhonda Ferguson (Brian), Laura Bourquin (Mike) and Amy Fossey (Mitch) of Lake Elmo, MN; her grandchildren, Sarah VanDeVenter, Holly Connolly (Brian), Kallie Baxter (Adam), Jessica Williams (Kevin), Cody Ferguson, Mark Ferguson (Mekenzie), Danette VanderBeek (Brian), Jared Bourquin (Brandi), Erik Bourquin (Alyssa), Jordan Fossey (Krista) and Kyle Fossey; her great grandchildren, Mikaela, Evan, Cullen, Holland, Lincoln, Harrison, Theodore, Carter, Jacob, Caleb, Lucy, Archer and Tillie; her brother Ron Meyer; and her brother-in-law Ned Voss of Onalaska, WI..
