He is survived by: his son Lance Follen (Chan); and his siblings, Patricia Spencer, Thomas Follen (Mary), Eileen Huntley (Steve), Edith Jurgens (Tom), Richard Follen (Arlene) and Keith Follen (Tracey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
