He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Elder (Trustee); his wife Sylvia Richter; his sons, Bruce and Warren Richter; and his siblings, Byron Richter and Suz Schroeder.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sarah, Holly Connolly (Brian), Kallie Baxter (Adam), Jessica Williams (Kevin), Cody Ferguson, Mark Ferguson (Mekenzie), Danette VanderBeek (Brian), Jared Bourquin (Brandi), Erik Bourquin (Alyssa), Jordan Fossey (Krista) and Kyle Fossey; his great grandchildren, Mikaela, Evan, Cullen, Holland, Lincoln, Harrison, Theodore, Carter, Jacob, Caleb, Lucy, Archer and Tillie; his brothers-in-law, Ron Meyer and Ned Voss of Onalaska, WI.; and his daughters, Debbie, Rhonda, Laura and Amy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Dingmann Funeral Home (1545 N McMillan St, Worthington, MN 56187). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery (20910 Co Rd 64, Brewster, MN 56119).
