It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Mittelstadt in Brewster, Minnesota, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louisa Mittelstadt and Baumgard; his wife Arlene Richter; his sons, Doug and Craig; and his sisters, Vera Bedard, Eleanor Markley, Lorena Hotzler and Arlene Post.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Mittelstadt (Evon) of Slayton, MN and Lona Rookaird (Dan) of New Prague, MN; his daughters-in-law, Sharon Mittelstadt of North Mankato, MN and Debby Mittelstadt of Lakeville, MN; his grandchildren, Derek Mittelstadt (Dawn), Dawn Erdmann, Sara Sell (Curtis), Taylor Crawley (Dillan), Kyle Rookaird, Nathan Mittelstadt (Katie), Jessica Stenzel (Eric), Lindsey Larson (John) and Ryan Mittelstadt (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Luke, Mikaela, Cody, Brooke, Devin, Tanner, Libby, Lila and Colton.
