He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Neppl and Laureign Neppl (Bellmore); his siblings, Kenny Neppl, Richard Neppl, Marjorie Polansky, Terry Neppl, Nila Grenz, Jay Neppl and Randy Neppl; his nephews, Billy LeNoue, Philip Neppl, Greg Neppl and Mark Polansky; and his great-nephews, Samuel "Sam" Bakken and Nicholas "Nick" Helgeson.
He is survived by: his son Shaun Neppl (Jennifer); his grandsons, Carter and Tyler Neppl; his siblings, Trudy Such, Morris Neppl, Carol LeNoue and Renee Rossow (Scott); his former wife Pat McIntyre-Neppl (Marilyn); and his daughter-in-law Heather Burns. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
