He is survived by: his wife Jacque; his close friend Izzy; his siblings, Linda Gibson of Richard, Austin Holtz (Darlene), Lynette Andel, Curt Holtz (Mary) and Mark Holtz (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Sharyn Bohn (Gary), Nyla Holm (Curt), Doug Johnson (Amanda) and Julie Duttenhefer (Larry).
