He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oak and Ann Oak; and his brother Justin Oak. He is survived by: his daughter Evelyn; his wife Taimi Oak; his stepdaughter Debi; his half-brother Darwin Oak; his brother Brian Oak; his uncle Mike Oak (Sandy); and his cousin Susie Tipton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
