He was predeceased by: his father Fred Mastellar; and his grandparents, Ray, Ellen Mastellar, Glen and Jean Springer.
He is survived by: his mother Gloria Mastellar (Springer); his wife Brooke Baker; his daughter Mikayla; and his sisters, Sandy Chapin (Art) and Carrie Buller (Jon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Ducks Unlimited in Richard's name.
