He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Cathy Domeier; his parents, Francis Murray (Corinne) and Doris Murray (Gunter); his brothers, Bradley (Kim) and Mike Murray (Rhonda); his children, Thomas Bollinger (Amy Dudgeon) and Melissa Higginbotham (Tim); his grandchildren, Gustaf, Julia Dudgeon, Alexa and Spencer Higginbotham; and his sisters, Linda Murray, Laurel Allord (late Larry) and Wendy Opheim (Ron). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to Wayne's favorite charities, the Wounded Warrior Project and the ASPCA.
