He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Betty; and his brothers, Mike, Bobby and Terry.

He is survived by: his wife Sally; his sons, Eric (Teri Jo), Mark (Rachel) and Adam; his grandchildren, Savanah, Jacob, Lukas and Alexa; and his siblings, Connie and Darrell.
