He was predeceased by: his father Arlo Adair. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Adair (Doucette); his wife Melissa; his daughter Jessica Anderson (Chris); his granddaughters, Eva Rose and Kendall Ray; his siblings, Donna Morrell (Dale) and Tom Adair (Mary Deblock); his uncle Gary Doucette; and his aunt Julie Doucette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Centra Care Foundation - dedicated to the St. Cloud Hospital Intensive Care Unit Staff, or to The Gorecki House.
