She was predeceased by: her father Virgin "Pat" Sackett; her children, Layne Lendtvedt and Deven; and her brothers, Steve Sackett and Scott Sackett.
She is survived by: her mother MaryAnn Sackett (Kindler); her husband Steven Lendtvedt; her daughter Shanyn Flaten (Lendtvedt); her grandson Elijah Rock-Lendtvedt; her aunt Elaine Mahaffey (Sackett); and also Devaney Rock. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
