He was predeceased by: his daughter Krestin Datko-Polaski; his parents, Florence and John; and his sisters, Loretta and Lorna.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Polaski; his daughters, Tammy Richards (Mike), Becky Hennessey (Tom) and Kim Olson (Tim); and his grandchildren, Chris, Chaston, Chelsea, Amanda, Caitlyn, John, McCrae, Morgan, Chaz and Logan. He is also survived by 9 Great-Grandchildren.
