He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Tasche and Kirstine Tasche (Johnson); his brothers, Rex and Roy; and his sister-in-law Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Vince Tasche (Michele), Bruce Tasche (Tawnya), Gwen Wilcox (Scott), Heath Tasche, David Eisele (Raylene), Jon Eisele (Sandy) and Karl Eisele; his sister Norma Halberg; and the mother of his children Beverly Kosek. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
