She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Niederer and Edna Niederer (Wright); her son Earl, Jr.; and her siblings, Dan, Kathy, Patsy and Betty Lou.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Billman; her children, Wendy Matich (Don), Mitchell Clyde (Sherri), Marshall "Marty" (Robin) and Lana Landin (Troy); and her daughter-in-law Kathy. She is also survived by grandchildren (15), great-grandchildren (21) and great-great-grandchildren (7); and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the family.
