He is survived by: his children, Jenny Skappel of Little Falls, MN, Jeffrey Frank (Dawn Rootes-Husted) of Fort Ripley, MN and Jessica Johnson (Jamison) of Sartell, MN; and his sisters, Evie Dingmann (Jim) of Grand Rapids, MN and Erma Frank of Elk River, MN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 103 N Maple St, Royalton, MN 56373.
