We bid farewell to Lillian H. Richardson of Brainerd, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 22, 2025 at the age of 88. Lillian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Lillian leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Beneke and Catherine Beneke (Tholen); her husband Jim; and her son-in-law Randy. She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Richardson of Eden Prairie, Linda Sullivan (Russ) of Brainerd and Beverly Roberts of Hastings; and her siblings, Mildred Wassen and Harold Beneke (Delores). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson–doran Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Catholic Church (1108 Willow St, Brainerd, MN 56401). A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Lutheran Cemetery (2438 Co Rd 168, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472).
