She is survived by: her father Donald Kortus; her husband John Blackbird; her siblings, Steve (Teresa), Richard (Rebecca), Lee Ann Mjolsness (Larry), Diane Kortus (Vic Anthony), Dan (Jody), Tom (Sue), Jim (Nickie), Donna Neihart (Lee) and Trisha Schlingman; her stepmother Bettye Kortus; her brother-in-law Leroy Blackbird (Marge); her stepsons, Joe Blackbird (Susan) and Jim Blackbird (Becky); her grandchildren, Michael, Casey and Chase; her stepsiblings, Frank McLeod, Shawn McLeod (Dan Bresnahan) and Sheri McLeod; her daughter Avery; her grandchildren, Lewis, Lenna, Eric and Molly Mjolsness; and her daughters, Lucy and Emmie. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
