He was predeceased by: his son Todd. He is survived by: the mother of his children Eunice Gruendemann; his daughters, Lynn Miller (Jim) and Kay Aarrestad (Phil); his grandchildren, Zach Gruendemann, Tyler Snook, Emily Lauder (Logan), Dain Aarrestad, Jaden Miller (Hannah) and Brendan Miller; and his great grandchild Levin Lauder.

The family requests memorial tributes be directed to MN Adult and Teen Challenge, Brainerd Campus.
