He is survived by: his children, Ashlei Hendrickson (Phil), Katie Dean (Cody), Kristin Hendrickson (Sarah) and Baley Turner; his significant other Deborah Turner; his significant other's children, Jessica, Brenda and Brandon; and his siblings, Mary Pryor (Jim), Sue Decent and Mike Hendrickson (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
