He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Williams and Viola Williams; his wife Phyllis; and his sister Rita. He is survived by: his children, Amy Wiser, Troy Cronbaugh (Michelle) and Theresa Williams; his siblings, Larry, Mark (Kathy), Jean and Linda; his grandchildren, Jessica (Adam), Ricky (Kaley), Amanda (Joe), Alex (Beth), David (Makayla) and Janelle; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, PJ and Avila.
