He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Filsmyer and Edith Filsmyer (Berg); his stepfather Charles Goochey; his brothers, Lee, Jack (Pete), Norbert and Cliff; his stepsister Barb Burk; and his granddaughter Cedie Bug.
He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his children, Keith Filsmyer (Darlene), Gayleen Filsmyer, Kevin Filsmyer and Gina Filsmyer; his stepson Raymond Rohrbeck; his sisters, Geri Zrust and Pat McCall (Bob); his half-brother Kenny Jo Goochey (Debbie); and his stepsiblings, Duane Goochey (Chris), Darrell Goochey (Barb), Charlotte Johnson (Mert), Carol Johnson and Dorothy Prigge (Allen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
