She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pickar and Edna Pickar (Rice); her husband James Bourassa; her son Jim; and her siblings, Charles, Roger, Jim and Arlene.

She is survived by: her children, Diane DeVere, Sandra Sandberg (Steve), Gary Bourassa (Cathy), Dan Bourassa (Dianne), Kathy Gleason (Joe), Dale Bourassa (Lori) and Ben Bourassa. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
