Donna Whoolery Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Whoolery of Brainerd, Minnesota, born in Oakes, North Dakota, who passed away on June 30, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wedel and Lydia Wedel; her husband Elliot Whoolery; her children, Vicki Seeck, Lisa Ann and John Whoolery; and her sister Dorothy Rose.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Gray (Jeff) of Brandon, SD, Stephen (Teri) of Fergus Falls, MN, Alison Johnson (Brian) of Avon, MN and Jeff Whoolery of Brainerd; her son-in-law John Seeck of Bettendorf, IA; her grandchildren, Brian Gray, Elissa Stauffacher, Hayley Smith, Thea Harrod, Evan Whoolery, Catherine Kautt and Kristen Seeck; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Kautt, Tristan Stauffacher, Graham Stauffacher, Juniper Harrod, Renley Smith and Landynn Smith; and her sisters, Janice Totenhagen, Patty Orn and Marilyn Tripp.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Elephant Sanctuary, 2nd Harvest food bank and the World Wildlife Federation.
