He is survived by: his children, Lynn Nelson (Ron) of Wood Lake, MN, Kim Blazek of Baxter, MN, Kenny Blazek (Tammy) of Brainerd, MN, Patti Peterson (Terry), Tom Blazek (Melissa) of Aitkin, MN and David Blazek (Lynette) of Greenbush, MN; and his sisters, Marion Dale of Hoyt Lakes, MN, Phyllis Ellenson (Lyle) of Badger, MN and Janet Burkel (Keith) of Greenbush, MN.. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren.
