With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Steinkopf of Brainerd, Minnesota, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Aasen and Pearl Aasen; and her brother Barry Aasen. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Buchite; her grandchildren, Amberlynn, Avis and Hank; her sisters, Nancy Toussaint of California, Charlene Irwin (Thomas) of California and Karen Epple (Mark) of Edina; and her sister-in-law Doris Aasen of Brainerd. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
