He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Spencer and Lorraine Spencer; and his sister Susan Dolan. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Marmorine; his sons, Daniel Spencer (Nicole) and Brian Spencer; his grandson Dane Spencer; and his siblings, Danya Spencer, Lisa Anderson, Allison Ladd and Dr. Drew Spencer.
