He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Tougas and Ian Tougas; and his grandparents, Alva, Enza Tougas, Charles and Mable Holsapple.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lory Miller (Robert) of Mesa, AZ, Linda Tougas of Stacy, MN, Roland Tougas, Kyle Tougas (Susan) of Fort Ripley, MN and Janet Tougas (Craig Billman) of Brainerd, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers or donations to the family, memorials are preferred to the National Ataxia Foundation (NAF) or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
