He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann; and his sister Betty. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Kowalzek and Carol Baker (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica Asher (Austin), Ryan Wirz, Brady Kowalzek and George Mattson (Amber); and his nephew Dale Mortenson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
