She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Kevin O'Brien, Colby, Wis and Colin O'Brien (Karla); her granddaughters, Bailey and Morgan; her stepchildren, Tracie Jefferson and Shawn O'Brien; her stepgrandchildren, Kole, Myles and Brea; her sisters, Wendy Sorvik (Evan) and LeeAnn Neal (Deane); her nieces, Kathryn Haase (David), Murdock and Kim Fischer (Jordan); and her nephew Jon Neal (Katie).

In lieu of gifts, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
