He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Billman and Clara Billman (Lathrup); his wife Patricia; and his siblings, Lynn, Margie, Irene and Harry.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Topp (Joe), Shellie Jensen (Tim), Jerry Billman (Roxie) and Gene Billman; and his brothers, Robert, Ray, Donald and Earl. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
