With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arlene Soper of Brainerd, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Arlene has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ose and Gladys Ose. She is survived by: her husband Harold Soper; her children, Lisa Vinje (Mike) and Steve Soper (Anita); her grandchildren, Ashley Wesley (Mike), Steve Soper Jr., Kayla Johnson (Nils) and Blake Vinje; and her great grandchild Finn Wesley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home (202 8th Ave NE, Brainerd, MN 56401).
In lieu of flowers, it was Arlene's wish that donations be made to the Rock Valle Cemetery Fund, c/o Stan Schmitt, 6124 N. 210th Ave, Echo, MN 56237 or to their charity of choice.
