He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice MacArthur and Sylvia MacArthur (Gjevre); his former wife Kathryn; and his stepdaughter Cris Annen. He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Aletha Cunz (Tom), Kathy Brown (Brad) and Alan (Jane); his stepchildren, John Gustafson, Sonja Coleman and Annette Clark; and his siblings, Elaine Olson and Maurice MacArthur. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
