It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Gerdin of Braham, Minnesota, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eric Gerdin and Ellen Gerdin; his wife Dorothy Nelson; his brother Keith Gerdin; his children, Wesley Gerdin (Jorgene) of Braham, Lynnea Challander (Joel) of Cambridge and Rosalie Gerdin of Forest Lake; his grandchildren, Patricia Scharver-Challander (Travis Brezinka) and Rudolph Challander; his great grandchildren, Kyra, Evelyn and Amelia; his brother Dale Gerdin (Carol); and his sister-in-law Ruth Nelson. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to North Maple Ridge Association Cemetery Fund and the Lewis Lake Covenant Church.
