She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Kiehn and Gladys Kiehn (Davis); her husband Donald Schmitz, Sr.; her sons, Mike Schmitz and Donald "Pork" Schmitz, Jr.; her granddaughter Danielle; her great grandchild Zander; her son-in-law Daryl Hermanson; her siblings, Connie Moore and Curt Kiehn; and her brother-in-law Perry Stout.
She is survived by: her children, Missy Hermanson, Tim Schmitz (Carin), Troy Schmitz (Michelle) and Mandy Clark (Craig). She is also survived by her family for liking her grandchildren more than her kids, and her great-grandchildren even more than her grandchildren.
