He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pintok and Constance Pintok (Warzecka); his son-in-law Donald Neis; his siblings, Appolonia, Emil, Rita, Valeria, Angeline and Annette; and his brother-in-law Daniel Kulas.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Kulas; his daughters, Cynthia Neis, Roberta Anderson (Mark) and Paula Pintok-Mergen (David); his grandsons, Ryan Mergen (Sarah), Tyler Mergen (Deepa) and Andrew Mergen; his sister Marcella Cichon (Charles); his sister-in-law MaDonna Nentl; and his caregiver Ray. He is also survived by 5 great-grandsons, many nieces and nephews.
