He was predeceased by: his son Ken Bartkowicz; his son-in-law Jeff Rogers; and his siblings, Gertrude Milbert, Esther Lashinski, Rita Stewart, Lorraine Jarnot, Richard Bartkowicz and Elizabeth Maciej.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Bartkowicz; his children, Diane Berens (Larry), Blaine, James Bartkowicz (Lora), Dave Bartkowicz (Nancy), Circle Pines, Leonice Urbanski (Mike), Rodney Bartkowicz (Lynn), Mary Lou Gerads (Butch) and Kevin Bartkowicz (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Jane Tretter (Randy); and his brother Ernie Bartkowitz. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
